Key Responsibilities:

• Development Leadership:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbot solutions leveraging LLM (Large Language Model) technologies.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable code through development and regular code reviews.
• Technical Strategy:
  • Act as a technical authority, challenging existing approaches and driving innovation within the team.
  • Provide expert recommendations on best practices and technology stack optimizations.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align chatbot development with broader business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining a focus on user experience.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Analyze complex problems related to chatbot functionality and propose creative, effective solutions.
  • Identify and resolve performance and integration issues.

Profil

Skills & Experience Required:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Solid experience in developing and deploying chatbot systems.
  • Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys is highly desirable.
• Development Skills:
  • Strong coding ability in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and API integration.
• Leadership:
  • Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical projects.

  • Ability to challenge, guide, and inspire teams toward achieving technical excellence.
