* Preparing quotes, orders, and invoices when necessary.

* You have experience in the relevant field (data quality, nutrition, etc.).
* You must speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
* You know better than anyone how to speak to customers and how to assist them.
* You have an eagle eye for detail.
* You provide accurate information by carefully assessing customer needs and asking the right questions.
* You are a real problem solver and can prioritize effectively when necessary.

Profil
* You preferably have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Customer Support position.* You have experience in the relevant field (data quality, nutrition, etc.).
