Market Access & Governmental Affairs Manager Location: Benelux region, ideally based in Belgium or the Netherlands. Here at Hologic it is our purpose to enable healthier lives everywhere, every day. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team overseeing the Benelux region. What To Expect: Drive business growth, market access and strong brand uptake for key Hologic products, services or solutions through localizing the Global/Regional Market Access Strategy and Materials for the Benelux. Implement the Strategic Market Access Plan focusing on flawless execution of the tactical plan to achieve reimbursement expectations, guidelines or policy shaping. Work closely with the local commercial and marketing teams to align activities with local business reality. Identify, select and manage consultants to support the execution of the strategy. Be a reference point for Governmental Affairs and Policy Making, engaging with government officials, industry associations, scientific societies, expert KOLs, and advocacy groups to influence policies, regulations, and guidelines to support the company's objectives. Ensure Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects meet HTA agencies, payers' requirements and adhere to evidence-based medicine principles.

Profil

What We Expect: Advanced degree in health sector (e.g. Pharm D, MBA, Master, PhD). In-depth understanding of the healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and health economics in the relevant EMEAC region. Proficient knowledge of health technology assessment in relevant countries. Proven experience in executing strategic Market Access initiatives/programs in Medical Device, Pharma, or Diagnostics Sector. A track record of engaging and collaborating with KOLs, thought leaders, medical societies, payers, policy makers, politicians, HTA organisations and patient organisations. Understanding of Hologic's product portfolio and its application in the healthcare setting. Fluency in Dutch, and very good written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in French would also be beneficial. Travel requirements: around 50% travel time - fluctuating with business requirements.
