The Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels is seeking a Host / Hostess for its elegant Palm Court lounge. This role is ideal for a warm, polished, and guest-focused professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting.

YOUR ROLE :

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, escort guests to their tables, and accommodate seating preferences.
• Ensure the Palm Court lounge remains elegant, inviting, and well-organized.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve any concerns with professionalism.

TALENT PROFILE

Skills & Knowledge

• Previous experience as a hostess in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or luxury hotel.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
