• Lead and oversee large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope.
• Develop project plans that align with the strategic goals of the company.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress using advanced project management tools.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, user groups, and internal teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet organizational needs.

This role demands a high level of technical expertise, along with exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills. You will lead teams to achieve strategic objectives while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who has demonstrated successful leadership in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects from inception to completion.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role within the Information Technology field.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required (a master's degree is preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to quickly understand complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and work cross-functionally within the business to achieve results.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
